Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which takes effect on the date from which you first use any of our services. By accessing and browsing our Site you agree and accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms please do not use our Site.

APPOINTMENT

When requesting information you will be appointing Priority Group Pty Ltd trading as My Fines to act as your "Agent". We will forward all correspondence to your nominated State Enforcement Office and act as your "authorised recipient". Your details remain secure and all documents can be viewed online from your members Dashboard.

My Fines MEMBERSHIP

My Fines membership is free, with no joining fees. All our paid services are offered to members through a subscription system. For more detailed information please visit our Subscription page.

The following payment methods are available to our subscribers:
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa)
- Direct bank transfer to our bank account
- Cheque or money order (subscription commences when funds clear)
- For other payment options please email us at billing@myfines.com.au
- All Prices are in Australian (AUD) Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

ONLINE ORDERING

We have in place a two step procedure. In the first step please read the service description and choose your preferred payment method (Credit Card, Direct Debit, Cheque/Money Order). To continue, simply click on the "Pay Now!" button.

To complete your purchase please read our Terms & Conditions and tick the check box to "Accept " the Terms & Conditions". To confirm your order please press the button "Confirm".

If your selected payment method is by Credit Card you will be redirected to the ANZ eGate Virtual Payment Gateway, where you can enter your Credit Card details and finish the payment process. After that you will be redirected back to our site and presented with the page where you can view/download your invoice and use your subscription service.

If your selected payment method is other than by Credit Card you will be redirected to the page where you can view/download your invoice. Please note that subscriptions will not be available until this invoice is paid and the funds have been cleared.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

My Fines uses the ANZ eGate Virtual Payment Gateway, a fully secured e-commerce transit process with the highest industry standards for financial transactions and data storage. You will automatically be directed to the ANZ eGate system when your credit card details are required. My Fines does not store any information about your credit card details on our system.

SECURITY

All online credit card transactions are processed through ANZ eGate system. ANZ eGate is an electronic payment service that enables us to securely accept and process your payments. Customer transactions are transmitted securely over the Internet using 128-bit SSL encryption (look for the yellow padlock towards the bottom of your screen - this is a sign that any information you enter into this screen is encrypted and secure) and digital certificate authentication. You may fill in your payment details with the knowledge that your data is protected with high levels of encryption and security.

We use electronic means to communicate with you. Our electronic communications are adequately encrypted and secure; they cannot be viewed by others or interfered with. You agree for My Fines to communicate with you by electronic means and the details you provide will only be used by My Fines for the purpose for which you have provided them, unless there is a legal obligation or necessity to use them for another purpose, or you have consented to use for another purpose. They will not be added to any mailing list.

Our website uses 'cookies' (small files stored on your PC) to retain your session details as you travel from page to page. This file does not contain any information about you. The cookies are cleared when you log out and will expire after 2 hours if you have not logged out before then.
